The Photo: Can you believe those cheeks? Believe it or not, all three of my girls had the same cute little pinch-able baby cheeks! Little Brenton is so hug-able and very sociable too….he’s beginning to smile and coo alot… love those baby coos.
And, of course one of my favorite things about our relationship is that, he doesn’t seem to mind having the camera stuck in his face yet…I’m sure it’s only a matter of time….so I’m snapping away while I can!

What I’ve been doing: I am on a “clean and neat” kick and am working at better organizing my home. I started in my kitchen, and am working my way around to every drawer and cabinet in every room one room at a time. The kitchen is completed..woohoo.. and I am now half way through my living room. I’ve got a long way to go, but I feel better already!
I have also been SLOWLY painting my living room this color. It looks a little more blue in my room, the color I was going for, than the green it looks like here.
Where I’ve been going: hmmmm….a couple of weeks ago my hubby took me here to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. The ambience… delightful…the food… very very good.
What I’ve been thinking: A little less than 18 months ago, I bought a digital SLR camera and began to fulfill one of my life-long dreams, learning the art of photography. Believe me, it you are going to do this right, there is so much to learn. I have had a cursory introduction to the basics, am feeling more comfortable with manipulating the technical aspects of the camera. So I’ve been thinking it’s time to revisit the basics…to perfect them…I’ve decided to take one aspect at a time and work it until I feel confident with it. First project: composition.
What I like: I think this this shot is so beautiful….love the colors and the peacefulness of it!
